We do not offer off-the-peg training courses. All trainers receive information about the participants before their module so that they can adapt the content, exercises and training methods to the individual contexts. This enables us to help you optimize your individual leadership style for your current or future situation.
The TAM Academy has been training business trainers since 1974. To date, TAM has trained and certified well over 1,000 trainers. We use this experience in trainer training to select the best trainers in Germany for our programs.
The group composition is never arbitrary. When selecting participants, we pay attention to their professional background as well as their management experience and personality, so that a learning atmosphere can be created in which everyone benefits from each other.

The TAM Leadership Program is a training program for managers who have recently taken on their first leadership role as well as for those who have already gained experience in a leadership context and want to develop a new individual leadership style. It is a program for all those who want to approach their role as a leader with a forward-looking system and an awareness of the challenges involved. In the training program, you will learn everything you need to know to master modern, situational leadership in your individual leadership context. We also have the Executive Leadership Program for managing directors and C-level executives of larger companies.

Management experience itself is not the decisive factor. Much more important is your ability to put it into practice. So to what extent do you have the opportunity to apply the knowledge and tools you have learned in your day-to-day work and management activities? As we work with you on your individual leadership style and train many real-life situations, we achieve a high level of diversity in our training courses. It is suitable for young managers with 1-3 years of management experience as well as for managers with 5-10 years of management experience. What is important is your attitude and the will to learn and grow as a leader.
Definitely no. Leadership is highly complex and constantly changing, just like people and our working world. So if you think there's still room for improvement, then let us tell you - there's still plenty. We want to support you and equip you with the tools you need not only to feel more confident and competent in your leadership role, but also to ensure that your team performs better and is happier.
Let's talk about this in person. In principle, we do not rule this out. In the past, project managers and project leaders have also taken part in the TAM Leadership Program. The basic requirement is that you lead people and can bring your real-life situations to the table.
We not only provide you with theoretical, scientifically sound knowledge, but also with tried-and-tested tools and methods for developing your individual, modern leadership approach. Not only will you understand yourself and your role as a manager better, but you will also recognize noticeable effects in your daily communication, feedback discussions, etc. with your team. You can recognize good and modern leadership by the interplay of two components: performance and satisfaction. In the end, you will be able to playfully influence both in your team.
Of course, we could now give you a list of different models. However, the mindset behind them is much more important. In the Leadership Program, you will learn state-of-the art leadership knowledge. This means that we don't pull any old-fashioned models out of the hat that really have nothing to do with modern leadership. But also no super-modern models that have no scientific foundation. Here, scientific foundations clearly come before hype-hopping. That's why our models have to work and be useful in practice. Validity & practicability before bullshitting & boredom.
In fact, the Leadership Program is only available as a complete package with all 6 modules. The program is a journey for you with a fixed travel group. In terms of group dynamics, you will quickly realize that it is simply totally valuable to go on this journey with the same peer group. This way, we can delve much deeper into the content together and tackle the real challenges you face in your day-to-day leadership with the help of a common thread throughout the entire program.
Of course you can also bring a colleague with you. However, we have a limit of about 2-3 people from the same organization per program run so that the field of participants remains well mixed and you get a lot of input from other managers.
You will get the full leadership power of various companies in the program. Most of the managers in our programs come from hypergrowth start-ups and grown-ups (80% of participants). We are definitely familiar with change and growth. But we are also familiar with the challenges faced by managers in SMEs and corporations (20% of participants). This synthesis of both worlds is what makes the field of participants so diverse and exciting. We work with peer groups and accountability groups in this training. You have to apply good leadership in order to understand it. We explicitly do not work with unrealistic case studies, but with your own leadership topics. You can apply the content you learn with us directly in your own day-to-day management work and reflect on it together with your peers and our trainers.
Leadership never stops. The TAM Academy is always at your disposal, even after the training, because we stand for "lifelong learning" - be it through coaching, mentoring or simply networking with alumni from our network. In addition, we also advise companies on how to ensure transfer in everyday business life.
