Modern leadership is one of the basic conditions for the success of organizations in today's working world.
To ensure that a successful leadership and corporate culture does not remain a privilege for profit-oriented commercial enterprises, we have created the TAM Leadership Scholarship.
We award full or partial scholarships for our award-winning TAM Leadership Program to applicants who work as managers in NGOs, gGmbHs, associations, social enterprises, federations, educational institutions or other constructs with a social or ecological/societal focus that make the world a better place.
In this course, participants learn all the tools, methods and techniques they need to master in order to become an effective and motivating manager. They apply all the content to their individual situation and can immediately establish the transfer between scientifically sound knowledge and practically applicable methods.
If you are interested in a TAM Leadership Scholarship for yourself or your organization, simply fill out our application form and attach your CV and letter of motivation. After reviewing your request, we will contact you to let you know if your case is suitable for a scholarship.
If you or your organization are eligible for a Leadership Scholarship, we will arrange an introductory meeting with the potential participant. In this meeting, we clarify whether the content of our program really fits the person's current challenges.
We then make the final decision as to whether and to what extent this person can be included in our scholarship pool. In some cases, we may even try to facilitate a timely participation.
Our mission can only be successful if those who are supported by this scholarship also support the mission. In order to reach as many organizations as possible with our initiative, the individuals and organizations that accept this offer commit to spreading the word about the TAM Leadership Scholarship through newsletters, website posts, etc.
